Founder & President

  • Cynthia Wagner is a PATH, Intl. Registered Therapeutic Riding Instructor and Equine Specialist in Mental Health and Learning. She is a Licensed Massachusetts Riding Instructor and earned a Graduate Certificate in Animals & Human Health (AHH) from the University of Denver's Graduate School of Social Work - Institute for Human-Animal Connection.
